One of Namibia’s best restaurants just got better. Am Weinberg has just added French chef, Yannick Schweighardt and his wife, Melanie, to their team. Yannick has improved an already excellent menu. Yannick studied cooking in France and has worked in France, Germany, Switzerland and the UK. Luckily for us, he has fallen in love with Namibia as well as a Namibian girl, Melanie, who is now the manager at Am Weinberg.
